Discovering Your Calling: We believe that God creates, sustains, redeems, guides, and equips each of us. The one who calls us into being continually calls us in life.

Pursuing Your Passion: Much of God's work remains a mystery, but we believe often God's calling has something to do with those things in our lives about which we feel deeply passionate.

Engaging God's Mission: Our God-directed calling with our God-given passions are given a God-size purpose. That purpose, generally speaking, is described in 2 Corinthians 5:18-20:  All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them and entrusting the message of reconciliation to us. So we are ambassadors for Christ, since God is making his appeal through us; we entreat you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

Antioch Baptist seeks to be a Christian community that helps people tune into God's calling, embrace God-given passions and become a part of God's mission of reconciliation.
We seek to be a "missional" community, to be the kind of people described in the quote by Bo Prosser:
Being missional is about using your passion on purpose to be the presence of Christ.
